Alexander Payne is the founder of Signal Eight and an ex-Bloomberg AI & Analytics specialist. He has worked with leading financial institutions across APAC and EMEA and built products and businesses on both the enterprise and consumer side.
His focus: turning AI ambition into working solutions that deliver measurable results. Alexander translates complex AI into clear, decision-ready plans your team can execute with advice grounded in experience, not theory. His track record includes closing $21M+ in enterprise analytics deals and leading go-to-market strategies across multiple regions.
Alexander is also a Co-Organiser of AI Tinkerers Hong Kong & Greater Bay Area, a community for practitioners building with LLMs and generative AI.
